NEW PROJECTS FOR 2023
2023 will be an exciting new time for me with lots of changes I'm working on for the new year and during 2023.
I will be starting up a new Personal Training Sessions combining personal training with new workouts and new combinations of exercise together.
Along side the Personal Training i will doing a combination of Circuit And Core Sessions of which will have a new twist to it as well.
All The above will be in the New Purpose Personal Training/Spinning Studio I,M having built once we move into our new property we are going to be looking for in the New Year
(I,ve already drawn up my own plans for this timber built studio and the layout inside the new studio)
I will also being doing twice monthly Facebook Chats from the Media Centre we are also going to build into the New Studio, covering lots of topic's from fitness training, showing you different exercises, running techniques to Q & A with some special quest i will be inviting along to these media sessions.

Resistance Bands
There are different types of resistance band.
The most common (and best) types are the flat, Resistance Bands which are also known as strength bands or exercise bands.
They come in different widths. The thicker the width of the band, the more resistance it provides and equally, the harder it is to use.
Resistance bands start at level 1 and go right up to level 6.
They are all the same length, however the level 1 Resistance Band is easier to stretch. This means it's more suited to exercises that require a greater range of movement. And it's also slightly easier to use so ideal for anyone who is just starting out.
Moving up the levels, they get harder and harder to stretch out.
