Personal Training is a formed around all of your personal needs and goals. Training with equipment i.e. dumbbells, kettle bells ,power bags, gym/pod balls, balance Bus, TRX Suspension, rowing machines, treadmill, spinning bikes, pad boxing. (Full range of equipment available on next page). You will also receive BMI checks, nutrition advice, home workout programmes, and running advice. This is all included in the price - no hidden extras!
Spinning Classes are held in my private studio, spinning can be quite a challenge to some people - this is why i built my own studio to make it more personalised and less intimidating for you and your friends. All classes can be arranged from beginners to more pro-fitness spinners, wide range of classes from RMP, Candance and virtual reality. I also have designed my own spinning classes e.g. off beat spin and cadance spinning to The TRX Cycling Team From Australia. Heart Rate Classes high/low impact.
All sessions are designed around all your aims and goals from beginners to advanced levels.
All range of equipment used as in personal training, free BMI checks and home programmes are all included in the price.
All session are logged on your own programme from session to session so we dont repeat the session .
We will also be doing High and Low Impact training using Heart Rate Watches which will be provided.
We will also complete regular Bleep tests to show your improvement in fitness as you progress.
