History And Why The Old Spanish Mill

Escape the rat race and hustle and bustle of everyday life at this peaceful old mill house.  After falling in love with this old water-powered flour mill (molino viejo) near Serón in rural Almería, I bought it in 2003. As someone who is obsessed with health and fitness, it was the realisation of a dream: to create a special retreat dedicated to groups who wanted to focus on health, fitness and wellbeing, in addition to a place where individuals or groups could go for a peaceful holiday. I’d like you to think of the old mill as your own private home for the duration of your stay, and to this end, I have aimed to make the accommodation as comfortable as possible as well as fitting for a retreat where you can relax, enjoy the location and environment, and focus on yourself away from the distractions of everyday life. I sincerely hope your experience will be everlasting or even… life-changing..
