TRX Suspension
Suspension training (which you might know as TRX) It's a super effective way to torch your whole body, build strength, and get your heart beating, using just your own bodyweight.
If you’re looking for an easy and fun way to exercise, here are a few ways you can benefit from TRX training:
BOSU
The BOSU Balance Trainer is one of the more exciting exercise tools to hit the fitness world. in the past few years.
It's perfect for targeting multiple areas of fitness like endurance, balance, strength, and stability.1 The squishy dome side on top offers a bouncy surface for everything from cardio to strength training.
Flip it over and there's a flat side you can use for upper and lower body exercises.
Both sides offer plenty of options to work your core and improve flexibility.
The BOSU is like an exercise ball that's been cut in half with a platform on the bottom. You can use it dome-side-up almost like a step and stand on it, sit on it, lie down on it or bounce around on it for cardio, lower body strength, or core moves. Or, you can turn it over and use the platform side for upper body exercises, like push-ups, or more core moves, like planks.
The possibilities are endless. Some ideas include:
Kettlebells
Aren't anything new, but their popularity in fitness circles continues to rise—and with good reason. When used correctly, kettlebells are extremely effective training tools for providing total-body strength and conditioning.
I have a good range of Kettlebells from 2kg up to 30Kg
Powerbags
(such as the Core Bag) are weighted bags designed to challenge your core muscles, and depending on the exercise you do with them, other muscle groups too.
I have a wide range of Power Bags From 5Kg To 30Kg
Dumbbells
Allow a greater range of motion. Highest range of motion helps you target muscles more specifically and deeply. Better range of motion also reduce the risk of injuries or cramps.
Dumbbell gives you the option to perform several exercises as well as it allows you to change or modify any exercise according to your need. There are more advantages you can sense while training with the dumbbells.
I have a good range of Dumbbells in Pounds & Kilograms
Barbells Etc
Are a metal bar that is able to be loaded with weights. When barbell training, one thing to keep in mind though, is some barbells already come in a pre-made weight and aren’t adjustable.
Different types of barbells are used in various settings.
I Have a wide range of different Barbells Etc.
Balance Boards,Wobble Boards
Balance Boards are used by athletes, elderly individuals and general fitness enthusiasts who are looking to improve their balance and coordination. Balance boards come in a variety of styles, but the most common features a circular board attached to a domed side. When you stand on the board, it does not remain stationary because of its partial roundness
Using a balance board also increases strength and stability in your core muscles, which in turn improves your posture because you’re better able to maintain proper spine position.
I have a wide range of Balance Boards/Wobble Boards
Medicine Balls/Weight Balls
Medicine Balls (or weighted balls) have become popular in daily training with their ability to tone up bodies, build core strength, and improve balance.
I have a wide range and weights of Medicine /Weight Balls
Weight Vests
The advantage of using a weighted vest over most other fitness equipment is that you can wear it on the body. This helps free up your legs, arms, and hands to perform your usual fitness activity. Some top weighted vest workout benefits are for training to get stronger and increase your performance levels.
I have a good good range of Weight Vest all with adjustable weights
Resistance Bands
There are different types of resistance band. The most common (and best) types are the flat, Resistance Bands which are also known as strength bands or exercise bands.
They come in different widths. The thicker the width of the band, the more resistance it provides and equally, the harder it is to use.
Resistance bands start at level 1 and go right up to level 6. They are all the same length, however the level 1 Resistance Band is easier to stretch. This means it's more suited to exercises that require a greater range of movement. And it's also slightly easier to use so ideal for anyone who is just starting out.
Moving up the levels, they get harder and harder to stretch out. Until you reach level 6, which provides the most amount of resistance and is the most difficult to stretch.
1 To build strength
2 To improve mobility
3 For rehabilitation
